onDot Implementation for L&T-ECC, Chennai
L&T Infotech had proposed a Document Management System, based on 'onDot', a product of M/s. Simsoft Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., to one of our group companies in order to manage their project drawings and other related documents and ensure their smooth movement across various locations nationally and internationally. This was done after evaluation of different document management systems.
For implementation, M/s Simsoft team, along with our team, carried out business process study in deoth. Subsequently we had assigned the task of implementation and post implementation user training to them.
M/s Simsoft had carried out the implementation in a professional and competent manner. During implementation, as and when additional feature were required, Simsoft's team responded quickly and carried out the necessary development and integrated with 'onDot'. While implementing, the Simsoft team ensured that none of the business processes were required to be changed as a software requirement.
We are quite satisfied by the features of the product, and the time bound and competent services provided by M/s. Simsoft. We would like to recommend them and their product 'onDot' for your Document Management requirement.
